Levitate HR Strategies Inc.  has 20 years' of progressive management experience in the functional areas of human resources, safety, and operations with international and global organizations.  We held an HR portfolio in single and multi-site operations across seven Provinces and six States in manufacturing, agriculture and transportation industries in both union and non-union environments. 

We have broad based skills and experience in employee engagement, employee experience, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development and legal HR matters.   Effectively partnered with centers of excellence (COE's) in the delivery of efficient and effective HR services. Led two overseas foreign recruitment campaigns, Canadian immigration experience with two past employers with 30+ successful hires. 

In-depth knowledge and experience in safety regulatory compliance, safety culture shift, root cause analysis and safety auditing. Experience with catastrophic accidents, site safety security, right to refuse and bona fide occupational requirements from a health/safety perspective. Co-chaired two JHSC's in the past. Properly align HR and Occupational Health/Safety functions to positively impact bottom line financial results.  

Holder of CPHR designation in Canada, SHRM-SCP designation in the USA.
